The new community building in Combe Down is set to hold free exercise classes for older people or those with restricted mobility, following a surge in interest in sessions for those over 60. The Hub on Mulberry Way is hosting Extend Exercise, a gentle upbeat class designed for older people or those with restricted mobility. The classes are run by Ketyn Jepson, who explained: “There has recently been a surge of interest in exercise sessions for over 60s.
