This listing is for one brass samovar exactly as pictured.
This beautiful vintage tea container is from the 1960s and was handmade in Turkey.
This would look amazing in an open shelving display in the kitchen.
This one is electrical, the cord is missing, and contains hot water, on top you put a tea pot with strong tea. Turkish tea always consist of a small pot with strong tea and a larger pot with boiling water. The tea's strength is then adjusted by the tea-water ratio. Drinking tea in Turkey is an important part of daily life and a lot of Turkish people drink dozens of glasses of tea per day.
This is a great display piece.
This piece is from Turkey it doesn't seem to have been used much, no dents or damage, only the electrical cord is missing. We cleaned up the brass to make it all golden again, it will get darker in time if not cleaned. This would be a great gift for collectors, a fun house warming gift or a lovely piece of decor for your own home.
Measurements:
It is 16 3/4'' (42.5 cm) high and 12'' (30.5 cm) wide.
