This Pilates kit includes a double handle Pilate resistance ring, a medium latex resistance band (1.2m x 15cm) and a 9 (23cm) Exer-Soft Ball (also known as a soft over ball).

There’s also an A1 colour poster featuring 8 illustrated exercises for each piece of equipment demonstrated by Pilates expert Emma Newham – the founder of Pilates Union and creator of the BarreConcept Method.

Pilates rings add intensity to floor exercises. The resistance ring speeds up toning by targeting specific muscle groups in the upper and lower body. Useful for problem areas such as; inner and outer thighs, upper arms, chest and pelvic muscles.
Resistance bands safely strengthen and tone your muscles, and are especially useful for rehabilitation under the guidance of a physiotherapist or fitness professional.
Exer-soft balls assist in isolating and targeting specific muscles. They also help to improve strength, endurance, concentration and co-ordination.
