There is an open pouch in the middle, where you place your ostomy bag inside the shower guard, to prevent from getting soaking wet. (Standing shower only) It’s recommended to double strap around the abdominal to become more water resistant. The elastic strap stretches around the middle abdominal to become more water-resistant when double strapped around the abdominal. The dimensions are L 12 - W 13 inches. Men's Size | Women's Size Small size 20-28 inches. If around your abdominal past 29 inches, then purchase the next size up. Medium size 29-33 inches.
