Augusta Sportswear Brands (“Augusta Sportswear” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Kelso & Company (“Kelso”), has been acquired by Platinum Equity Advisors, LLC (“Platinum Equity”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Baird served as exclusive financial advisor to Augusta Sportswear on this transaction.
