Drunk Elephant Has Been Purchased by Shiseido for $845 Million
Skin-care brand Drunk Elephant has just announced a deal with Shiseido, which has acquired a 100 percent stake in the company for a total of $845 million. The deal is set to close by the end of 2019, and Drunk Elephant founder Tiffany Masterson will remain its chief creative officer.
