It can be made for a toddler to approximately a five year old child, and it is adjustable. This price includes skirts from 7" to 17" long. Please plan ahead, as I am typically about a month out. Please mention in the notes at checkout: * The date needed (please contact me first if you need it in less than a month.) * The size your child wears. A measurement is helpful of the head, tummy and LENGTH of skirt desired. * The colors you would like. The skirt can be made in greens or beiges.
