The Brain Health Summit is a knowledge translation event focused on lifestyle pillars for brain health. A comprehensive symposium dedicated to the dynamic field of brain health and neuro-enhancing performance. This summit aims to serve as a platform for in-depth exploration and dissemination of knowledge surrounding the six pillars of brain health: aerobic exercise, cognitive exercise, nutrition, limiting harmful exposures, sleep hygiene, and mindfulness. OBJECTIVETo advance knowledge, awareness, and practical solutions related to brain health promotion and neuro-rehabilitation through a collaborative and multidisciplinary conference. FORMATThe BCI Brain Health Summit will feature illuminating keynote presentations by experts, engaging/immersive workshops, and a captivating panel discussion. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from thought leaders in the field, contribute their research and experiences, and be part of a national community dedicated to advancing brain health.
