This Roman Legionary Coolus "E" Helmet is crafted from brass and has hinged cheek flaps which can be secured and fastened into position with the included leather cord. The helmet is ready for your own added decoration and embellishment with its side-mounted plume holders, as well as a notch in the top spike that allows for the addition of  your own plume. The interior of the helmet is blackened and un-lined. Included is a separate padded cotton arming cap.
